PA AI provides WhatsApp-based personal assistance (the “Service”) for individuals in Punta Cana and beyond. This Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and your choices.
Identity & contact: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email.
Request details: dates, times, party size, preferences (e.g., table for 4, child seat), pickup/dropoff points, special requests.
Booking information: selected vendor, confirmation references, itinerary details.
Communications: messages you send to us on WhatsApp/email and our replies (including consent logs).
Technical/usage: message timestamps, basic device/connection metadata exposed by WhatsApp; limited website logs (standard server logs; we don’t profile you on-site).
Please avoid sending sensitive data (payment card numbers, health info). We don’t handle emergencies or medical requests.
Provide and operate the Service (understand your request, coordinate options, confirm bookings, send updates).
Communicate with you on WhatsApp/email, including reminders and changes you ask for.
Improve quality (templates/playbooks), prevent abuse, and keep audit/consent records.
Legal compliance (e.g., records of consent, invoices/fees if applicable).
Legal bases (where applicable): your consent, performance of a contract (fulfilling your request), and our legitimate interests (service quality, security).
By messaging us first or providing your number, you consent to receive service-related messages on WhatsApp (questions, options, confirmations, reminders). You can opt out anytime:

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We share only what’s needed to fulfill your request:
Vendors/partners (restaurants, transport, spas, tour operators) to place/modify bookings.
Service providers (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure, email, hosting, workflow automation) to run the Service.
Legal: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You usually pay vendors directly. If a vendor requires a deposit, we’ll tell you their policy before booking. Do not send payment card numbers over WhatsApp.
Depending on the vendor or provider, your data may be processed in countries outside your own (e.g., U.S./EU). We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this Policy.
Active requests/threads: kept while we’re assisting you.
Booking records & confirmations: up to 24 months from completion (for service history and dispute resolution).
Consent & opt-out logs: up to 36 months.
We may retain information longer if required by law. You can request deletion (see Section 10).
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data (restricted access, least-privilege tools). No method is 100% secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Access/portability: ask for a copy of your data.
Correction: fix inaccurate info.
Deletion: ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention).
Objection/withdraw consent: opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time.
To exercise any right, message us on WhatsApp or email sousa.alain@punt-cana-ai.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within a reasonable time (typically 30 days).
Our Service is for adults (18+). If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us to remove it.
Links to vendor websites or maps have their own policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party practices—review their policies before sharing information.
If we make material changes, we’ll update this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
